Together you set the play area and game size: one neighbourhood, the whole city or the entire transit network.
The hiders get a 30–60 minute head start, set off by bus and train and pick a hiding zone. The seekers wait at the start.
The seekers fan out and narrow down the area with questions until only a few stations are left on the map.
As soon as the seekers spot the hiders, the clock stops. Swap roles. Whoever stayed hidden longest wins.

Before you start, agree on the play area together, e.g. your transit fare zone or one neighbourhood.
Everyone moves by public transport and on foot only. No cars, no taxis, no rental bikes.
After the head start, the hiders stay in their zone, a fixed radius around their chosen station. Leave the zone and you’re out.
The seekers may ask questions. The hiders must answer truthfully. Every answer narrows down the possible area.
The round ends when the seekers see the hiders in their zone and speak to them. Note down the time.
Every team hides once. The team with the longest hiding time wins.
